The apprenticeship to become an industrial business manager is a versatile and varied vocational programme. Prospective industrial business managers deal with commercial and corporate responsibilities.

Training at WISKA
During your training to become an industrial business manager, you will work in all company departments. You will change the department you are training in three month rotations. You will learn about the warehouse, work preparation, purchasing, sales, accounting, human resources and marketing. Even departments such as quality management, construction and controlling will be part of your training.

The weekly vocational training course takes place at BBZ Norderstedt.

Training takes place at WISKA in Kaltenkirchen as well as at the vocational school. To begin training as an industrial business manager, you should have at least completed your secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) (or aspire to); we also expect a high level of German, English, and maths. We require teamwork, self-reliance, responsibility, and diligence.
